On Thursday, we were delighted to welcome Lauren from Perform to Tannery Drift as our workshop leader.
Lauren worked with class groups from Nursery through to Year 2, to guide them through imaginative drama workshops, centred around a magical toyshop, where teddies, trains and dolls come alive at night!

The workshops combined movement, role-play and storytelling; supporting learning in English and physical development (as well as linking to the topic on toys for Year 1!)
The children had a wonderful time engaging with these sessions, and it was great to see our youngest pupils take part with so much concentration and enthusiasm.
